Wie der Staatsrat schreibt, ziehe er es vor, die zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Mittel f\u00fcr die Digitalisierung derzeit f\u00fcr andere Verwaltungsdienstleistungen einzusetzen, beispielsweise f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit der Gemeinden im Bereich der Digitalisierung.<\/p>\n<p>Man sei jedoch \u00fcberzeugt, dass E-Voting einem Bed\u00fcrfnis der Bev\u00f6lkerung entspreche und der Abstimmungskanal fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter zu einer \u00abNotwendigkeit einer modernen Demokratie\u00bb werde.
