Demnach sind belastende Umst\u00e4nde wie parallel zu bearbeitende Projekte oder die E-Mail-Flut nicht die Hauptursachen von Stress im Beruf. Stattdessen steigert vor allem ein Mangel an Wertsch\u00e4tzung das subjektive Stressempfinden.<\/p>\n<p>Zwar f\u00fchlt sich jeder zweite Mitarbeiter unter Zeitdruck und hat das Gef\u00fchl, zu wenig Zeit f\u00fcr alle wichtigen Aufgaben zu haben. Doch die Wahrgenommene Wertsch\u00e4tzung am Arbeitsplatz ist ein entscheidenderer Faktor f\u00fcr das Stressempfinden: Wer das Gef\u00fchl hat, dass die eigene Arbeit nicht geachtet wird, ist gestresster. Dies hat auch einen Einfluss darauf, wie sehr der Beruf sich negativ auf das Privatleben auswirkt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer interessanter Punkt der Umfrage: Vorgesetzte sind mit ihrem Erfolg deutlich zufriedener als ihre Mitarbeiter und f\u00fchlen sich auch deutlich h\u00e4ufiger wertgesch\u00e4tzt.
