Diese Ger\u00e4te regeln automatisch die Zufuhr und Dosierung eines elektrischen Schocks und stellen somit einem ungeschulten Ersthelfer ein n\u00fctzliches Hilfsmittel bei Herz-Kreislaufversagen zur Seite.<\/p>\n<p>Das neuartige Laiennotfallbeatmungsger\u00e4t soll die Mund-zu-Mund-Beatmung ersetzen und einen Patienten im Ernstfall rasch und zuverl\u00e4ssig mit Sauerstoff versorgen. Dem Ersthelfer werden, \u00e4hnlich wie beim Laiendefibrillator, akustische Anweisungen zur Unterst\u00fctzung gegeben. In beiden F\u00e4llen steigert die fr\u00fche Hilfe die \u00dcberlebenschancen eines Patienten ma\u00dfgeblich.
