AdNovum: New Chairman of the Board
A change in the Board of Directors is announced at the software engineering company AdNovum: Adrian Bult replaces the current Chairman of the Board Gratian Anda.
Adrian Bult will become Chairman of the Board of Directors of software engineering company AdNovum as of April 1. Gratian Anda, Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2007, is stepping down from this position after nine years; however, he will remain a member of the Board of Directors as majority shareholder of the owner IHAG Holding, the company writes.
Bult studied business administration and marketing at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has many years of management experience in Swiss ICT companies (IBM Switzerland, Swisscom, banking software provider Avaloq). Today, Bult is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swissgrid and a member of the Board of Directors of Swissquote, among others, and he serves as Head of the ICT technology field for i-net/BaselArea, the media release concludes.
