iPhone spying: security hole plugged
Bad luck for the "apple house": A spy software cracks the iPhone and other Apple devices. A security update is now available.
The snooping software has exploited several iPhone vulnerabilities. Based on statements by the IT security firm Lookout the malware could not only read messages and emails, but also track calls. What's more, it could tap passwords, make audio recordings and record the user's whereabouts. The spyware is also said to have been used against journalists and human rights activists. That is why it is said to have been exposed in the end.
The Apple group now claims to have plugged the security hole. A Update to iOS 9.3.5 is available for download. (IT Security)
