PCS Systemtechnik with great growth
A successful fiscal year came to an end for PCS Systemtechnik GmbH on June 30, 2015: According to the company, sales increased to 18.7 million euros, which corresponds to growth of over 20 percent.
The decisive factor for the exceptionally high sales was a number of major customer projects that were completed in cooperation with the software partners of PCS were implemented, as the supplier emphasizes. The Intus 5200, the new time and attendance terminal introduced this year, has also met with a very positive response.
Company-wide security concepts
According to the supplier, the development is moving in the direction of company-wide security concepts: As a trend, it can be seen that not only time recording and access control projects are being implemented, but also company-wide security concepts with integrated parking lot monitoring, access control, video surveillance and visitor management. PCS cites the recently opened St Martin Tower in Frankfurt as an example, which offers attractive space and a comprehensive service infrastructure: from the daycare center to the in-house fitness center, from catering and conference rooms to concierge and reception services, everything is geared to the needs of employees. The security of the building was planned from the outset: The tower is protected by extensive access control and video surveillance. An ID card management system was also integrated: the tenants of the tower would receive multifunctional ID cards that would be used for cashless billing in the catering area and at the follow-me printers.
Growth for the coming year
For the coming months of 2015/16, PCS Managing Director Walter Elsner is optimistic about the future. "In the past fiscal year, we were able to benefit from exceptional projects that cannot be expected every year. Nevertheless, we are confident that we will be able to continue our growth this fiscal year as well."
