Return on Prevention
- or of the benefits of prevention. This is the title of a Save symposium in March 2016 under the patronage of the industry association Swiss Safety.
Every company is dependent on the operational capability of its employees. "The importance of occupational safety and health protection in the workplace can therefore not be overestimated - both for the employees and for the company," emphasizes Dominique Graber, President of Swiss Safety.
Work stoppages cost a lot of money, time and energy. And the amount of damage often amounts to several times the insurance coverage. That's why prevention measures are worthwhile, as various international studies have already shown. Every franc invested in prevention work at the workplace pays for itself at least twice over, writes Graber.
The Save-The conference "Occupational Safety - Return on Prevention", which will be held in Zurich on March 1, 2016, will focus on the following topics:
