New Voice business partner Elena in Finland receives premium status!
At the sales and technician training course in Helsinki, Sales Manager Peter R. Huber presents the Premium Partner certificate to the partner's CEO.
Elena has been selling, planning, installing and supporting the MobiCall alarm application for many years, mainly in the hospitality sector. Most projects have been implemented on cruise ships, ferries, private yachts and in 5-star hotels.
The latest project for a new Viking Line ship, the "Glory", has also been successfully completed! The installation and commissioning of the fully redundant MobiCall solution took place in China, "Xiamen Shipyard", where the ship was built.
The partner also sees great potential on icebreaker ships, where pilot installations are already being used successfully. There is also an increasing number of inquiries for the healthcare sector.
Building on the basic alarm system, customers also use fully integrated additional modules such as task management and wake-up calls. MobiCall task management helps to further increase customer satisfaction in the areas of infrastructure and room service. The wake-up call function is particularly important on ferries. The check-in/check-out information is processed in MobiCall via satellite communication (interface) and the guests are woken up by telephone in the language they have checked in (7 languages available) one hour before arrival at the port.
