Also a succession plan

"We are very happy that the most important provider of alerting and messaging solutions in Switzerland is now part of the F24 Group," said Ralf Meister, CEO of F24. "It is particularly pleasing that the founders and shareholders remain on board. This will allow us to further expand growth opportunities and further consolidate the F24 Group's importance and premium claim in Europe."

"We are delighted with the successful transaction because it resolves several strategically important issues at the same time. We have been working on the succession plan for the company founders for some time. With the takeover by F24, the future of Dolphin Systems and its staff can be secured in the long term," said Heinz Wehrli, co-owner and CFO of Dolphin Systems. His company has so far focused mainly on the Swiss market. With F24, there is an opportunity to open up access to international markets, Wehrli said.
