Smart home system: Room detector is added
In the smart home, too, increasing networking will make life more comfortable and relieve the burden, as Bosch writes. The company has already been offering a simple and secure solution for the smart home since the beginning of the year with its smart home system. More products for the system will follow in the course of the year: Among other things, a smoke detector that, beyond its actual function, also provides more security, for example, during the vacation season, as the provider lets it be known. Bosch expects the global market potential for the smart home to reach ten billion euros as early as 2017. By 2020, some 230 million or 15% of all households worldwide would be equipped with smart home solutions, Bosch said.
