Change of leadership at Salto Systems

Urs Keller, long-time managing director of Salto Systems AG in Eschlikon, is retiring from operational management. His successor will be Roger Isler, who has been the company's sales manager for a good five years.

The managing director of Salto Systems AG, Urs Keller, will step down from the executive board as of July 1, 2019, the access solutions company writes. However, Keller will remain delegate of the board of directors.

Roger Isler becomes new Managing Director

Roger Isler (55) will become the new Managing Director of Salto Systems AG in July. He has been with the company since the beginning of 2014 as sales manager and member of the management board. Prior to that, Isler was managing director of Jomos Rauchschutz AG, Balsthal, and held several management positions at Siemens Schweiz AG. Isler has also been a member of the board of STV (Swiss Engineering), safety technology section, for several years.

According to the announcement, Andreas Neher (39) will succeed Isler as sales manager. Neher has been responsible as key account manager at Salto since the beginning of 2016. Daniel Graf (46), who was previously Key Account Manager at BKW Energie AG, has been recruited to look after major customers in Switzerland.
