Securitas takes over BDS Safety Management AG
BDS Safety Management AG from Baden Dättwil is a new member of the Swiss Securitas Group.
Andreas Merz, BDS managing director and owner, has taken care of the arrangement of his succession with foresight and searched for a sustainable solution, as it says in the press release. With a view to his employees, but also to his loyal and important customers, the search for a sustainable partner led to the takeover by the Securitas guided.
With the 1993 founded BDS Safety Management AG and its eleven employees, the industry leader is expanding its consulting expertise in the areas of occupational safety, health protection, environmental protection and process management. This enables the company to offer an even more complete range of safety services.
