The program of the 4th symposium / Journée suissepro

On Thursday, September 15, 2022, the 4th symposium / Journée suissepro of the Swiss umbrella organization for occupational safety and health will be held as a hybrid event. The program focuses on interdisciplinarity and corporate culture. To this end, the focus will also be on project development under the aspect of interdisciplinarity. Another lecture will be held from the field of safety investigations in Swiss aviation. In addition, the topics "International law on safety and health at work" and "Communication in the company as the basis for safety and health" will be in focus.

Herbert Manser presents the theme of the conference and provides some insights into the concepts of corporate culture and interdisciplinarity.

As an epidemiologist Irina Guseva Canu uses research on burnout and public transport to describe how useful and necessary interdisciplinary collaboration is.

Friederike Hermann, industrial hygienist from the industry, shows how necessary the cooperation of the most diverse specialists in a rapidly growing company is for good project development.

Daniel Knecht, SUST Head of Aviation Division, shows how various shortcomings in the corporate culture led to the 2018 Junkers 52 accident on Piz Segnas.

Loïc Lerouge, Director of Research at the CNRS., introduces international and European occupational safety and health law. In his lecture, he explains how the law helps to work in an interdisciplinary way.

The venue of the simultaneously translated hybrid event is the Hotel National in Bern. Attendance at the event will be recognized by SGAS with two continuing education units, by SGAH with eight points and by SGARM with 6 credits.
