ArbeitsSicherheit Schweiz: the trade fair in retrospect

Two trade fair days, a full hall and exhibitors ranging from first aid solutions and AI-supported safety software to passive exoskeletons: ArbeitsSicherheit Schweiz 2026 has shown that the topic of occupational safety has long been more than just a compulsory program - it is becoming strategic.

Alexander Petsch, Chief Enabling Officer at HRM Institute

«The trade fair fully met my expectations - full hall, exciting topics, well-attended forums. The topics of occupational safety, corporate health and corporate fashion continue to gain in importance.

The biggest challenge for our customers is to meet current requirements, find the right solutions and be aware of their own risks. Work stoppages are becoming increasingly strategic. A concrete example: If you send employees out on their own instead of as part of a team due to a shortage of skilled workers, you have to equip them differently and provide them with other security solutions. At the same time, there is a lot of innovation - such as exoskeleton solutions that show how to work longer and without physical wear and tear in the context of demographic change.

My personal highlight is that this marketplace works - that Arbeitssicherheit Schweiz runs smoothly as an event and we get great feedback. That cannot be taken for granted.»

Marco Lobsiger, Managing Director safely

«With our web application safely, companies can handle occupational safety completely digitally. Many companies still work with Excel, but are reaching their limits. Our aim is to show that occupational safety can also be done simply and efficiently. Because wanting occupational safety is one thing - investing time and money in it is another. Those who really manage it also increase legal certainty and can guarantee safe workplaces. Our solution is suitable for companies of all sizes - from ten employees to large corporations. After all, the laws apply equally to everyone. In discussions at the trade fair, we noticed that many people came to us because they were not yet familiar with such solutions and were now asking specific questions for the first time. And then it quickly becomes clear that this could be just the right thing for them.»

«Our topic is the prevention of accidents during leisure time. More and more companies are seeing in their statistics that a significant proportion of absences are due to leisure accidents - and they are looking for ways to reduce this, preferably with as little effort as possible. What strikes us is that awareness has changed considerably. In the past, it was often said that this is leisure time, we can't do anything about it and we can't interfere. Today, most companies see it differently - especially in times of a shortage of skilled workers, every employee is missed when they are absent. Preventing accidents during leisure time is no longer an invasion of privacy, but a strategic measure.»

Wolfgang Lips, Head of Sales DACH, Cederroth

«We offer first aid solutions for every industry - flexible, with a very broad customer base. The special thing about our products is their simplicity - both for the person using them and for the person refilling them. With our open dispenser solutions, you can see immediately whether something is missing or empty. With closed cases, this is often difficult to see. In our discussions at the trade fair, we noticed two trends: a surprisingly high number of inquiries about burns, and a generally strong demand for simple, uncomplicated solutions - the topic of easy refilling comes up again and again. The questions show us that people have really looked into the topic of first aid in advance.»

«The requests at the trade fair were varied: training courses, risk assessments, and the topic of audits and site inspections was very much in demand - how can I implement this in a structured way with checklists? These are all areas in which we offer solutions and our software is constantly evolving. We recently integrated AI. A concrete example: We automatically read safety data sheets and hazardous substance data and write them to a clean database - operating instructions can then be created semi-automatically from this. What used to take four hours is now reduced to less than an hour. AI will certainly play an even greater role in occupational safety in the long term.»

Guy Schleiniger, Managing Director, earwear GmbH

«We are presenting our hearing protection solutions at ArbeitsSicherheit Schweiz. The special feature of our product is the individual adjustment. This means that the hearing protection fits so comfortably that it can be worn for several hours without any problems - and only hearing protection that is worn really protects. Our employees accompany customers personally to reduce any fear of contact. The professionals here are well aware that noise above 80 decibels damages hearing. The solution is well known - we as a company are even less so. That's why we're here.»

Olivier Barras, Sales Manager Auxivo AG

«We produce passive exoskeletons - which work with energy storage elements. When you bend forward, the braking energy is stored and returned when you straighten up. This doesn't make you faster or stronger - but it relieves the muscles, reduces fatigue and protects against musculoskeletal disorders in the long term. Our products are particularly effective where your own body weight is the burden - for winemakers, painters, plasterers - or for repetitive activities such as in logistics or even for long static positions such as surgeons. We don't make you feel better - but longer.»
