Book tip: Columns on work-life balance
33 trenchant columns from the "Switch off - refuel" campaign, written by Swiss authors, are now also available in book form.
As part of the Swiss Insurance Association's "Switch off - refuel" prevention campaign, various authors such as Michèle Roten, Bänz Friedli and Milena Moser write columns that appear regularly on the website ausschalten-auftanken.ch. They focus on the increasing blurring of work and leisure time and, in sometimes funny, sometimes nasty stories and observations from everyday life, show where it can lead when we can no longer switch off and work permeates all areas of our lives.
