dorma+kaba Group: New members of the Group Executive Board appointed
The planned group management of the future dorma+kaba group is now fixed except for one member, the two merged companies Kaba in Rümlang ZH and Dorma in Ennepetal, Germany, write.
For some time now, the head crew around CEO Riet Cadonau of the new Large enterprise Dorma and Kaba announced. In addition, it is planned that six division heads, two heads of cross-divisional functions and the Head of Post-Merger Integration will become members of the Executive Committee, it was announced. The following Executive Committee members have been designated:
- Chief Integration Officer (CIO) Beat Malacarne, currently CFO Kaba Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Access Solutions (AS) Americas Division Michael Kincaid, currently COO ADS Americas Kaba Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the AS Asia Pacific Division Jim-Heng Lee, currently COO ADS Asia Pacific Kaba Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the AS DACH Division Dieter Sichelschmidt, currently Area President Asia-Pacific & Australia Dorma Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the AS EMEA Division Roberto Gaspari, currently COO ADS Europe Middle East & Africa Kaba Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Key Systems Division Stefano Zocca, currently COO Key Systems Kaba Group;
- Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Moveable Walls Division Christoph Jacob, currently Area President Mediterranean, Middle East & Africa Dorma Group; and
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Andreas Häberli, currently CTO Kaba Group.
The planned appointment to the position of Chief Manufacturing Officer (CMO) would be announced at a later date.
The designated Group Management will take up its work upon completion of the merger, according to Kaba and Dorma. Subject to the approval of the competition authorities and other customary conditions, the merger is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. Immediately upon completion of the merger, the comprehensive preparatory work for the integration of Dorma and Kaba would enter the next phase.
