Gas - the invisible danger
The Swiss Association of Safety System Installers (SES) will hold its first symposium on gas detection on November 6.
Various companies work with gases, solvents or other hazardous substances on a daily basis. If gas escapes by mistake or is released, it can have devastating consequences for humans and animals in the worst case. Any incidents must therefore be avoided as best as possible, and comprehensive preventive measures are necessary.
At the Gas Symposium on November 6 in Zofingen, the program will take you through the world of gas detection, planning principles and technologies; challenges and potential stumbling blocks will be addressed, as will legal requirements or live experiments.
Who is addressed?
The Symposium on Gas Detection is aimed at safety officers, technical officers, process engineers, electrical building services planners, risk managers, chemical officers as well as fire or chemical brigades.
