This year, the "Swiss Handicap Night" counts Guy Landolt among its guests. On Friday evening, November 29, 2019, the comedian will perform an excerpt from his new program "Schlagfertig", which draws from his personal experience with a brain injury. His performance is organized by FRAGILE Suisse. In 2016, Landolt suffered two Strokeswhich forced him to take a break from the stage. However, he did not let this stop him completely, because since fall 2019 he is back in the spotlight with his new program. Before his performance, Guy Landolt will be partly present at the FRAGILE Suisse information booth.

Self-experience brain injury" course
A brain injury often carries invisible consequences. It is therefore difficult for outsiders to put themselves in the shoes of an affected person. The "Brain Injury Self-Experience" course gives people without Brain Injury the opportunity to experience the world for a short time as affected persons perceive it every day. Six different posts simulate the following long-term effects: hemiplegia, sensory overload, speech and language disorders, action planning, memory and orientation problems, and visual field loss. The result: a better understanding between people with and without brain injury.

Specialized presentation "People with brain injury in the first labor market".
A social counselor and an employee of FRAGILE Suisse, who is affected by a brain injury, describe the process of a successful integration of people with brain injury in the first labor market. They point out obstacles and show how to overcome them. The presentation will take place on November 29, 2019 at 3:00 pm as well as on November 30, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
