Hohenstein supports manufacturers in increasing transparency for users of community masks by providing easy-to-understand product information on the label. Other quality parameters include checking washability, assessing fit, and compliance with legal requirements. The quality criteria on the label can be flexibly extended to include testing for harmful substances in accordance with STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX as an indicator for skin-compatible textiles and the testing of cytotoxicity following the testing of Medical Devices.
