Media Markt recalls "ISY" brand travel charger due to fire hazard
In cooperation with the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI), Media Markt Schweiz AG recalls the travel charger "ITS-2000 ILTN Travel Charger Set" of the brand "ISY". There is a risk of electric shock, fire and burns. Affected customers will be refunded the purchase price.
Media Markt Schweiz AG recalls in cooperation with the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations (ESTI) the travel charger ITS-2000 ILTN Travel Charger Set back. There is a risk of electric shock, fire and burns. Affected customers will be refunded the purchase price.
Justification: The affected travel chargers do not meet safety requirements according to applicable standards. Affected by a recall is the travel charger "ITS-2000 ILTN Travel Charger Set" of the brand "ISY" with the article number 1846959.
Consumers who own one of the affected travel chargers are asked to stop using it and return it to a Media Markt store or send it to the following address:
