Minimax takes over ARB Brandschutz GmbH

Minimax AG, headquartered in Dübendorf ZH, is taking over ARB Brandschutz GmbH, based in Igis GR, as of January 1, 2024.

According to a statement from Minimax AG The takeover of ARB Brandschutz GmbH follows the imminent retirement of the current owner, Arno Buschauer. ARB Brandschutz will be renamed on January 1 and will operate as the Minimax Graubünden branch based in Malans. At the same time, the Minimax agency in Küblis will be integrated into the aforementioned branch in the course of 2024, according to the statement.

According to Minimax, which has twelve locations throughout Switzerland, Fredi Luzi will take over the management of the new Minimax Graubünden branch. Arno Buschauer will also support the branch in service and sales.

The ARB customer portfolio consists of fire extinguishers, wall hydrants and SHEV systems and the company serves the whole of Switzerland. ARB products will now be integrated into Minimax's existing service network, as the company writes.
