New Board of Directors for Securitas

Stephanie Züllig and Stefan Gerber were elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting of Securitas AG. They replace Prof. Dr. Richard Kühn and Oliver Vietze.

At this year's Securitas Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors was reappointed for a three-year term. Prof. Dr. Richard Kühn is retiring after 30 years on the Board of Directors of the Securitas Group, the company writes. Oliver Vietze also did not stand for re-election, it said. In the future, he will concentrate fully on the development of his family business, the Baumer Group.

New heads

Stephanie Züllig and Stefan Gerber were newly elected to the Board of Directors. Züllig has more than 17 years of industrial experience at Siemens, is now CEO of MindScale and sits on several boards of directors.

Advocate and notary Stefan Gerber was on the executive board of the Berner Kantonalbank until the end of February 2019 and is now a member of the board of directors of Jura Elektroapparate AG, among others. The eleven-member board of directors of the Securitas Group now consists of three women and eight men, according to the statement.

The Securitas Group, which operates from Zollikofen/Berne, is divided into two divisions: "Security Services" and "Alarm and Security Systems". 16,225 employees serve the numerous group companies in Switzerland, Europe and beyond, according to the statement. The group generated sales of 1.38 billion Swiss francs in 2018, it said.
