New ESTI Managing Director
Daniel Otti (42) will take over the management of the Swiss Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations ESTI as of December 1, 2015. He replaces the long-standing Managing Director Dario Marty, who is retiring early.
"We have set high goals for the future, and we primarily want to continue to improve our service and quality standards in the direction of becoming a modern, efficient, and competent specialist office of the Department of Uvek optimize," says the new ESTI-Leader.
Daniel Otti has worked for the past 15 years in various functions and worldwide at different locations in private industry, most recently as Lead Engineer for electrical systems for Holcim Technology Ltd. The electrical engineer ETH also holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of St.Gallen. Otti lives in Zurich, is married and has two children.
