New Voice business partner Tele-Com Bergen in Norway receives premium status!

On the occasion of the sales and technician training in Bergen, Thomas Wartensteiner (right), responsible for international strategic projects and in future also responsible for partner support in Norway, presents the "Premium Partner" certificate to Simen Almestad, Head of Projects and Technology.

Tele-Com Bergen has been selling, planning, installing and supporting the MobiCall alarm application for over 10 years, mainly for administrations, schools, hospitals, retirement homes and emergency control centers. The partner has also implemented the first hybrid cloud projects based on the MobiCall "Unified Alarm Event Communication" platform.

At this point, we would like to mention the "Trigger" project in Bergen as a lighthouse project. An emergency call center based on a redundantly designed MobiCall application for around 5,000 private households, apartments with care and people in need of care who live alone. For security reasons, specially monitored devices are used to trigger emergency calls. In the event of a call for help, the staff in the 24/7 control center are able to immediately initiate the necessary steps based on detailed information (location, customer information, action plan, etc.). And thus possibly save lives!

The hands-free system is also activated in order to speak directly to the person seeking help, if this is still possible.
