Eastern Switzerland wants to promote mental health at work
A new campaign is helping companies to optimize the mental health of their employees.
Mental illness places a burden on those affected and their environment, companies and the economy. The Forum BGM Ostschweiz and the Eastern Switzerland Forum for Mental Health have jointly set themselves the goal of supporting companies and organizations in the promotion of mental health and the early detection of mental illness with a campaign support.
The campaign aims to encourage employees to take responsibility for their own mental health. Managers receive information on how they can maintain and promote the mental health of their employees, what responsibility the company has and how they can react appropriately.
Information sheets and templates support managers in the implementation, early detection of mental illness among employees and effective intervention. It also shows how operational conditions can be optimized with regard to mental health, e.g. through the introduction of occupational health management.
Public training courses are also available. In-house training courses and presentations are also available on request.
Companies in the catchment area of the two forums (cantons of AI, AR, SG and the Principality of Liechtenstein) can order a maximum of 500 brochures and giveaways for employees. obtain free of charge (while stocks last).
