Eastern Switzerland security providers merge
The two security companies Roth & Messmer Security Team GmbH and 4Safe GmbH will be operating together under the name Egidas AG from March 1, 2016. This will create one of the leading providers of security services in Eastern Switzerland, according to the two companies
For over 20 years, the two companies from eastern Switzerland have been offering Roth & Messmer Security Team GmbH and 4Safe GmbH provide security services throughout Switzerland. In the future, the two companies will operate as Egidas AG common paths.
In a constantly changing environment, Egidas offers customized security and protection solutions, explains managing director Christian Klier. Egidas is reportedly active in construction site security, crowd management, event and club security, property protection, patrol services, security consulting, security technology and traffic services. "Our company offers all services from a single source," says Andy Messmer, Egidas board chairman.
