The demands on security professionals are constantly increasing, as security and alarm systems become ever more sophisticated. This demands a great deal of know-how from those who plan such systems, put them into operation and are ultimately also responsible for their maintenance. The necessary equipment is provided by the further training "Project Manager Security Systems" - a diploma with a federal certificate.

The course is organized in cooperation with the Association of Swiss Installers of Security Systems (SES) at the Technical College Winterthur (STFW). The further training is offered for the specialization "Fire" and "Security". It is aimed at professionals with a specialization in the field of security technology.

On January 21, 2016, it was that time again: SES and STFW were once again able to present the certificate to 17 graduates in Zurich. "They can be proud of their achievement, because the training is no walk in the park," said SES President Peter Nebiker. And Erich Meier, rector of STFW, added that the young professionals had shown their staying power by completing their training. In return, a higher market value beckons.

This is the sixth course, which a total of well over 100 professionals have completed. The diploma could be received this year:

Alberto Alvarez*, Fabrizio Baumgartner*, Carlo Bollier, Markus Bracher, Fabio Bressa, Livio Caplazi*, Dario Cavelti, Lars Hüni, Andreas Mäder*, Lars Meier*, Sandra Perchiacca, Martin Ruoss*, Michael Suter, Manuela Thut, Fabian Tobler, Dejan Trifunovic*, Markus Zihlmann  (*Graduates with top grades)

The next course starts in April: Info about it here
