Starting a career is a major challenge for many young people, combined with uncertainties and insecurities. A new guidebook helps those responsible for training and managers to deal with the issue of mental health in the right way.
Starting a career is a major challenge for many young people, combined with uncertainties and insecurities. It is the responsibility of the training company, together with the vocational school and the parents, to prepare learners for their future profession and to accompany and support them on their way.
The canton of Aargau has therefore developed a guidebook for training managers and executives with background information and helpful tips for working with young people in the workplace. It is intended to help them strengthen the mental health of learners and provides information about employers' obligations,
