Salto deepens partnership with Essecca
Salto Systems has acquired a minority stake in the Austrian company Essecca GmbH. Together with the investment, both companies have renewed their distribution agreement: this will enable Essecca to continue offering Salto's access solutions as exclusive distributor on the Austrian market in the future.
The expanded partnership brings the company closer to the Austrian market, writes access specialist Salto. In parallel, Austrian customers would continue to benefit from Essecca's strong market expertise and presence.
More intensive cooperation
The aim of the agreement is to provide even better support for Essecca's further growth and to offer customers in the Austrian market an exceptional service. Salto's participation in Essecca will allow both parties to work together more intensively on a technical level, he added. The combination of Salto's technological leadership in access control systems and Essecca's experience in implementing complete solutions ensures maximum customer benefit through the digitalization of buildings, the company said.
While Essecca will remain the main distributor for the Salto portfolio in Austria, Gantner Electronic, which is part of the Salto Group, will continue to drive its own product and solution offering in the areas of intelligent cabinet locking solutions, online access control, cashless payment and ticketing systems by integrating the Salto product lines into its own platforms, it concludes.
