Performance statistics
The company publishes its performance statistics annually. For example, employees nationwide reported 4,630,543 safety-related measures. A few selected figures from the 2019 statistics:
- Instant alert:(police: 1,446), (fire department: 466), (ambulance: 504), (customers: 9,385)
- Observe and intervene:343,992 telephone messages conveyed (intervened on alarms, remotely monitored video images, issued custodial keys and badges, returned lost keys/badges).
- Protection against fire and water damage:262,759 appliances/motors turned off, 1,893 floods and water intrusions reported, 1,140 fires self-extinguished, 175,552 fire prevention measures taken, 10,521 open faucets closed
- Protection against theft:255,110 building entrances closed, 1,149 stuck keys recovered, 627,512 interior doors closed
- 16,744 Alarm systems armed
- 31,423 Malfunctions reported on technical equipment
- Ensured clear escape routes 3,186 times
- 28,620 Unauthorized persons turned away
- 814 times police assisted
- 97,808 persons controlled (private land)
