From the point of view of Jean-Pierre Grangier, founder of Etrinex, the acquisition is a milestone in the development of the company, which has grown steadily since its creation in 2001 and today employs 11 people. "The connection with a strong group of companies became necessary to ensure the success and further development of our company," says Grangier. The company's founder is retiring from operations to focus on a consulting role for the company.

Pierre Comte, who will chair the Board of Directors and take over operational management, adds: "By working with the Securitas Group, Etrinex SA will offer its customers and employees a sustainable solution. At the same time, the company will benefit from synergies in terms of administrative support, on performance and reputation, and will drive its further development."

 In family hands

The Securitas Group will do everything in its power to ensure that the Bulle-based company can continue to develop as an independent company with the support of Securitas, says Armin Berchtold, CEO of the Securitas Group. What distinguishes the two family-owned Swiss companies is certainly the excellent reputation they both enjoy, he adds. Both build on human values, so that one can look to the common future with confidence, adds Berchtold.
