Security Essen: New category for the award
At the world's leading trade fair Security Essen, the organizers will present the "Security Innovation Award" for the fifth time. The new category of economic protection has been added. Exhibitors who have a project can apply until mid-June.
A few months before the start of the world's leading trade fair Security Essen (September 27 to 30, 2016), the manufacturer-independent jury of the "Security Innovation Award" reconstituted.
New category economic protection
The award for excellence in the international security industry has so far been presented in three categories: Technology & Products, Services and Fire Protection. In 2016, the show will expand the award to include the category of industrial protection, it recently announced. "Protection against industrial espionage is becoming increasingly important in the security industry," says Claus-Peter Regiani. "We are taking this into account with the new strategic orientation of the award known as the Industry Oscar."
All exhibiting companies can still apply until June 15, 2016. The jury will evaluate the submissions according to the criteria of innovative content, user benefits, cost-effectiveness, reliability and reasonableness.
