Working safely and healthily in times of digitalization
Digitization and Work 4.0 are omnipresent in the professional world. New technologies and ways of working such as virtual/augmented reality, agile teams, drones and robotics are changing the world of work. What opportunities and risks do these developments offer for occupational safety and health protection?

Digitization and Work 4.0 are about much more than the paperless office, home office and cloud computing. Production also benefits from new technologies and ways of working. But what does this mean for occupational safety and health protection? What effects can already be seen today - and what will the future bring? How should digitalization be designed so that people benefit from it and remain healthy and productive?
At the Swiss Conference for Occupational Safety (STAS), organized by the Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety EKAS, these and other exciting questions will be discussed. Participants will receive practical tips and impulses for the implementation of occupational safety and health protection in their own companies from top speakers from industry, administration, research and science.
STAS 2023, Thursday, October 19, 2023, participation on site at the Kursaal Bern or online, German and French with simultaneous translation, www.ekas.ch/stas.
