In the case of sports accidents, people are increasingly looking for those who are supposedly to blame. This can be the case with a sportsman after a duel with injury consequences, with teachers or sports leaders after an accident in school or club sports.

This development is causing discontent in sports, for example because it creates a climate of mistrust toward teammates or insecurities among caregivers.
At the bfu Forum Sport 2019, the aim is to clarify which views on this are held in the sports world, how the Legal system and case law on the Sports and what prospects this opens up - also for accident prevention.
Hear exponents from various fields present their views and then engage in a critical discussion. Directly affected people describe their formative experiences with injuries or law enforcement agencies.
