VBSF launches Safety Award 2024
The Swiss Association of Fire Protection and Safety Professionals (VBSF) is once again offering its VBSF Safety Award, worth 10,000 Swiss francs. Two recognition prizes will also be awarded.
Since 1992, the VBSF Safety Awards. The association honors special work in the field of safety. According to information, the winner of the 2024 Safety Award will collect prize money of 10,000 Swiss francs. In addition, the VBSF awards two recognition prizes of 2,000 Swiss francs each.
What is awarded?
According to the VBSF, the prize is awarded for scientific work and work of practical significance. The Safety Award will be presented on January 17, 2024, during the VBSF General Assembly at Swissbau in Basel. Entries must be submitted to the president of the jury by the end of September 2023 (e-mail: award@vbsf.ch).
The VBSF
According to its own information, the VBSF is an independent association that is committed to the safety of people, animals and property. Founded in 1977, the association has around 600 members from all security sectors. (rs)
