VdS: Top management expanded
VdS Schadenverhütung has expanded its top management: Thomas Urban, previously Head of Security, will support Managing Director Robert Reinermann in the future.
Since 2008, Thomas Urban has been in charge of the Security division at the VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH. In addition to this activity, he will now also support Robert Reinermann on the management board, the company writes. In his new role, security expert Urban will continue to be responsible for the Security division and will also take over the fire protection laboratories and the young GeoExpertise business field.
Robert Reinermann, who will act as spokesman for the management board with immediate effect, emphasizes: "VdS has grown strongly in recent years and has firmly established itself as Europe's leading institution for corporate security. In order to be able to continue to shape the expanding operational business with the usual efficiency in the future, we have strengthened our top management."
