What makes an attractive company? A positive corporate culture, economic success, the transfer of responsibility to employees, a wide range of training and development programs and flexible working time models are possible arguments. Many more can be listed. But shouldn't the protection and health of employees be at the top of the list?

Companies that do not care about the well-being of their employees cannot be attractive! A strong commitment to prevention, health promotion and occupational safety, on the other hand, distinguishes a company. Investments in occupational safety and health protection have an effect not only within the company, but also externally; a double benefit.
What are the decisive activities that a company has to initiate in the area of AS/GS? What knowledge, methods, and tools do players from the Occupational health and safety for the optimal handling of their daily challenges in operation? The speakers at this SAVE conference will demonstrate measures and pass on concrete practical suggestions with approaches to solutions. The afternoon part is dedicated to selected individual topics with specific challenges and possible solutions.
