For example, it can happen that all network adapters only resume their connection to the outside world after a reboot of the PC. In one<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/release-health\/status-windows-11-22H2#ssl-tls-handshake-might-fail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Status Dashboard<\/a> Microsoft now confirms the network problem. The Redmond company explains that the October Patch Tuesday caused problems in the handshake with the transport layer security protocol (TLS\/SSL), which caused connections between clients and servers to be interrupted temporarily.<\/p>\n<p>In order to fix the problem, Microsoft is now providing two unscheduled Windows updates. These are the two patch files KB5020387 and KB5020435 for Windows 11 and Windows 10.
