This is the conclusion of a study by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" rel=\"noopener\">InLoox<\/a>manufacturer of project management software, among around 220 participants. According to the survey, stressful circumstances such as projects that have to be worked on in parallel or the flood of e-mails are not the main causes of stress at work. Instead, it is primarily a lack of appreciation that increases the subjective perception of stress.<\/p>\n<p>It is true that every second employee feels under time pressure and has the feeling of having too little time for all important tasks. But the perceived appreciation at work is a more decisive factor for the perception of stress: Those who feel that their own work is not respected are more stressed. This also has an influence on the extent to which the job has a negative impact on private life.<\/p>\n<p>Another interesting point from the survey: supervisors are significantly more satisfied with their success than their employees and also feel valued significantly more often.
