It is aimed primarily at employers, safety officers, employees and trainers.<\/p>\n<p>In thematic sections, this brochure lists possible hazards and at the same time proposes suitable measures. The FCOS is thus making an active contribution to reducing the number of days lost due to accidents or illness among employees in the meat industry.
