Chemicals are replaced, quantities adjusted, recipes changed, rooms repurposed and processes optimized. It is therefore essential to ensure that chemicals are handled properly and in accordance with regulations. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/en\/schutzniveau-im-chemikalienbereich-sichergestellt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chemicals<\/a> in the company on a regular basis. The issues of liability and responsibility are also gaining in importance. Questions are increasingly being asked about the practical implementation of the legal requirements from the point of view of the companies, the enforcement authorities and the insurers.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of construction projects in the vicinity of accident facilities, more and more conflicts arise that require increased coordination between spatial planning and <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/en\/munitionslager-mitholz-wann-passiert-es-wieder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Accident prevention<\/a> necessary. The background to this is, in particular, the scarcity of land reserves and the revised Spatial Planning Act, according to which denser building is to take place inward. As accident-relevant facilities and residential buildings move closer together, new conflicts of interest arise. How can new buildings be realized in existing building zones in the vicinity of accident-relevant facilities with as little increase in risk as possible? Are additional safety measures necessary for existing operations? How can companies deal proactively with these uncertainties? What are the possibilities for risk reduction? Where are the limits? And who bears the costs for the respective protective measures? What is meant by the \"state of the art in safety technology\" when implementing safety measures?<br \/>\nThere are many questions to be answered.
