Zurich robbery: getaway vehicle seized
Millions robbed in a jewelry store on Rämistrasse in Zurich: In the meantime, the police have been able to secure the getaway vehicle.
The perpetrators of the robbery drove away after the Act from last SaturdayAt about 12:20 p.m., the robbers drove away from the scene of the crime at Rämistrasse 33 in a silver-colored BMW X1 with fake German license plates "AA-HM4006" in the direction of Heimplatz near the Kunsthaus, according to the cantonal police. With the getaway vehicle, the robbers overtook a stationary line of cars, according to the information. They ran a red light and turned right into Zeltweg, then left into Steinwiesstrasse. At the height of Steinwiesstrasse 32, the perpetrators left the BMW standing (see map). The police assume that they got into another vehicle with the loot and continued their escape.
