Pour ce faire, les donn\u00e9es de surveillance radar de l'espace a\u00e9rien sont combin\u00e9es \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de calcul statistique. Il en r\u00e9sulte une pr\u00e9diction quasi certaine de la trajectoire du drone. Cela pourrait emp\u00eacher la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d'un incident comme celui de l'a\u00e9roport londonien de Gatwick en 2018. A l'\u00e9poque, des centaines de vols avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9s, car on craignait qu'un drone ne compromette les d\u00e9collages.<\/p>\n<h2>Cible du drone pr\u00e9visible<\/h2>\n<p>La nouvelle technique des chercheurs permet d'identifier les drones qui veulent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l'espace a\u00e9rien au-dessus d'un a\u00e9roport en fonction de leur trajectoire. Parall\u00e8lement, les objets volants qui ne pr\u00e9sentent aucun danger sont exclus. La solution bas\u00e9e sur un logiciel utilise un mod\u00e8le stochastique ou al\u00e9atoire pour identifier \u00e0 temps la cible du drone, bien qu'elle puisse changer \u00e0 tout moment. L'\u00e9quipe de Simon Godsill utilise pour cela une particularit\u00e9 de la navigation des drones. Ils naviguent avec des objectifs interm\u00e9diaires qu'ils atteignent en ligne droite, se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant en quelque sorte de rep\u00e8re en rep\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme analyse la trajectoire d'un drone, sa vitesse et ses caract\u00e9ristiques telles que l'altitude. Il en d\u00e9duit en temps r\u00e9el le prochain point de rep\u00e8re vers lequel le drone se dirigera avant m\u00eame de l'avoir atteint. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs analyses, le programme reconna\u00eet la destination finale et donne l'alerte en cas de danger, ce qui permet de suspendre le vol ou de d\u00e9truire le drone. Les fausses alertes doivent \u00eatre exclues. Lors de tests effectu\u00e9s dans l'environnement d'a\u00e9roports virtuels, les cibles des drones ont pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9dites avec un taux de r\u00e9ussite \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les menaces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es en quelques secondes.
