Certains cas sont survenus pendant la p\u00e9riode des vacances, o\u00f9 de nombreuses personnes se trouvaient en dehors de leur environnement habituel, ce qui a augment\u00e9 le risque de transmission dans toute la Suisse. Les cas touchent aussi bien les enfants que les adultes.<\/p>\n<p>La rougeole est une maladie qui peut entra\u00eener de graves complications : Dans un cas sur 1000, une m\u00e9ningite appara\u00eet, et dans environ 10 \u00e0 60 cas sur 1000, une pneumonie. Des otites moyennes peuvent \u00e9galement en \u00eatre la cons\u00e9quence. Environ une personne sur 3000 meurt de la rougeole, m\u00eame avec les meilleurs soins m\u00e9dicaux. Il n'existe pas de traitement contre le virus.<\/p>\n<p>Le virus de la rougeole est tr\u00e8s contagieux - et ce apr\u00e8s une infection d\u00e9j\u00e0 environ cinq jours avant l'apparition de la maladie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Possibilit\u00e9 de revaccination m\u00eame apr\u00e8s contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration se montre pr\u00e9occup\u00e9e : afin d'\u00e9viter une plus grande propagation des cas de rougeole, la population doit contr\u00f4ler son statut vaccinal et, si n\u00e9cessaire, rattraper les vaccinations n\u00e9cessaires. Deux doses sont n\u00e9cessaires pour une protection compl\u00e8te. Habituellement, on administre un vaccin combin\u00e9 rougeole-oreillons-rub\u00e9ole (ROR) ; les deux doses durent toute la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Toute personne qui tombe malade avec de la fi\u00e8vre et des taches rouges doit consulter un m\u00e9decin par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Il est bon de savoir : Apr\u00e8s un contact avec une personne atteinte de rougeole, il est encore possible de se faire revacciner dans les 72 heures.<\/p>\n<p>La rougeole est une maladie \u00e0 d\u00e9claration obligatoire. L'OFSP rappelle une nouvelle fois aux m\u00e9decins qu'ils doivent d\u00e9clarer les cas dans les 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p>La derni\u00e8re vague de rougeole s'est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e en Suisse en 2010 ; une fillette de 12 ans \u00e9tait alors d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e de la maladie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Insgesamt 37 Masernf\u00e4lle wurden seit November 2016 in den Kantonen Tessin, Graub\u00fcnden, Freiburg, Solothurn, St. Gallen und Z\u00fcrich gemeldet.
