C'est la conclusion d'une \u00e9tude de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.inloox.de\/\" rel=\"noopener\">InLoox<\/a>, fabricant de logiciels de gestion de projets, parmi quelque 220 participants. Selon cette \u00e9tude, les circonstances stressantes telles que les projets \u00e0 traiter en parall\u00e8le ou le flot d'e-mails ne sont pas les principales causes de stress au travail. Au lieu de cela, c'est surtout le manque d'estime qui augmente la perception subjective du stress.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, un employ\u00e9 sur deux se sent press\u00e9 par le temps et a l'impression de ne pas avoir assez de temps pour toutes les t\u00e2ches importantes. Mais l'estime per\u00e7ue au travail est un facteur plus d\u00e9terminant dans la perception du stress : Celui qui a le sentiment que son travail n'est pas respect\u00e9 est plus stress\u00e9. Cela a \u00e9galement une influence sur la mesure dans laquelle le travail a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Autre point int\u00e9ressant de l'enqu\u00eate : les sup\u00e9rieurs sont nettement plus satisfaits de leur r\u00e9ussite que leurs collaborateurs et se sentent aussi nettement plus souvent valoris\u00e9s.
