Mais c'est l'inverse pour la consommation d'alcool : les personnes plus ais\u00e9es ont un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'abus d'alcool. C'est ce que montre une \u00e9tude du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.obsan.admin.ch\/de\" target=\"_blank\" data-cke-saved-href=\"http:\/\/www.obsan.admin.ch\/de\" rel=\"noopener\">Observatoire suisse de la sant\u00e9 Obsan<\/a> et de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude s'est pench\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9partition des comportements de sant\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de tabac, d'alcool, d'activit\u00e9 physique et d'alimentation dans les diff\u00e9rents groupes de population. Outre le revenu des m\u00e9nages, l'\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement examin\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rences entre les sexes, l'\u00e9ducation, l'\u00e2ge et les r\u00e9gions du pays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des sportifs qui gagnent bien leur vie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au total, 65% de la population suisse pratiquent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement une activit\u00e9 physique. On constate toutefois de nettes diff\u00e9rences entre les niveaux de revenus : Alors que les 20% de la population qui gagnent le moins ne sont qu'environ 50% \u00e0 faire du sport, les trois quarts des 20% les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s le font. L'\u00e9ducation joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le : plus le niveau d'\u00e9ducation est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus la personne est active.<\/p>\n<p>La situation est similaire en ce qui concerne l'alimentation : Plus le revenu est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus on accorde de l'importance \u00e0 une alimentation saine. Depuis la premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate de ce type en 1997, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s se sont m\u00eame accrues. Ici aussi, l'\u00e9ducation a une influence tout aussi importante sur le comportement alimentaire. Les femmes font en outre beaucoup plus attention \u00e0 leur alimentation que les hommes - selon les auteurs de l'\u00e9tude, la diff\u00e9rence en termes de revenus serait sinon encore plus marqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alcool et tabac<\/strong><br \/>\nMais les personnes qui gagnent plus ne vivent pas partout plus sainement : en particulier en ce qui concerne l'abus d'alcool, on constate que la consommation \u00e0 risque est d'autant plus fr\u00e9quente que le revenu est \u00e9lev\u00e9. C'est int\u00e9ressant ici : Le niveau de formation a une influence inverse - les personnes plus instruites ont donc un risque plus faible que les personnes moins instruites. D'autres facteurs de risque sont l'\u00e2ge (les personnes de plus de 60 ans ont un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les jeunes), le sexe (les hommes ont un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les femmes) et la nationalit\u00e9 (les Suisses sont plus menac\u00e9s que les \u00e9trangers). La r\u00e9gion du pays joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le : plus la partie du pays est pauvre, plus le risque est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La consommation de tabac est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en baisse ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Mais elle ne diminue pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re dans toutes les couches de la population : alors qu'en 1997, les 40% les mieux r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s de la population avaient encore la consommation de tabac la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, celle-ci se situe d\u00e9sormais au niveau des 20% moyens et des 20% les moins bien r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s.
