Sur mandat des partenaires sociaux, il s'agissait de trouver une solution consensuelle aux questions de d\u00e9limitation dans le domaine de l'art. 66 al. 1 let. o LAA (entreprises qui mettent \u00e0 disposition des travailleurs temporaires).<\/p>\n<p>La \"Commission paritaire ASA\/Suva\", pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par le professeur Thomas G\u00e4chter, docteur en droit de l'Universit\u00e9 de Zurich, \u00e9valuera les cas qui lui seront soumis selon les crit\u00e8res \u00e9labor\u00e9s. Les d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations de la commission et ses recommandations sont confidentielles. Les voies de droit sont pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux r\u00e8gles de proc\u00e9dure ordinaires. La commission a ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9 la base permettant de r\u00e9gler \u00e0 l'avenir les cas litigieux \u00e0 l'amiable.
