Dans le cadre du nouveau test de laboratoire, un indicateur au niveau mol\u00e9culaire indique si les produits en coton r\u00e9pondent effectivement \u00e0 une d\u00e9finition fondamentale du \"bio\".<\/p>\n<p><strong>70 % Coton g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd'hui, environ 70 % du coton mondial sont g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9s. Certaines vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de coton sont par exemple modifi\u00e9es pour r\u00e9sister aux herbicides. D'autres sont dot\u00e9es d'un insecticide pour tuer des parasites comme le ver de la capsule du coton. Alors que l'industrie peut fournir de solides arguments en faveur de telles modifications de l'ADN du coton, les producteurs et les consommateurs de coton biologique s'y opposent. Ces derniers consid\u00e8rent qu'en ce qui concerne les <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/pestizide-gefahr-fuer-arbeiter-in-landwirtschaft-und-garten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Environnement<\/a>Le coton non g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une plus grande valeur du point de vue de l'environnement, des aspects sociaux et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du produit.<\/p>\n<p>Pour prouver la qualit\u00e9 biologique du coton et le commercialiser, il faut respecter des crit\u00e8res complets qui r\u00e9gissent la culture, la transformation et la s\u00e9paration du coton. Une exigence essentielle \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard est que les plants de coton ne soient pas g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9s. Compte tenu de la structure complexe et mondiale des cha\u00eenes d'approvisionnement actuelles et de la diversit\u00e9 des sources d'approvisionnement, comment les producteurs peuvent-ils \u00eatre s\u00fbrs que les produits en coton biologique ne sont pas contamin\u00e9s par du coton conventionnel, de sorte que les attentes de leurs clients et des consommateurs ainsi que les exigences l\u00e9gales soient syst\u00e9matiquement respect\u00e9es ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garantir le STANDARD 100<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau test OGM d'Oeko-Tex est une m\u00e9thode simple pour analyser la pr\u00e9sence d'organismes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9s dans le coton bio. Les \u00e9chantillons sont analys\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide de la m\u00e9thode qPCR (r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene par polym\u00e9rase en temps r\u00e9el), qui permet d'identifier les substances g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9es connues jusqu'\u00e0 une limite de 0,1 %. Les r\u00e9sultats des tests indiquent clairement si ces OGM ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s ou non. Les produits en coton bio pour lesquels une certification selon la norme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeko-tex.com\/de\/business\/certifications_and_services\/ots_100\/ots_100_start.xhtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">STANDARD 100 by Oeko-Tex<\/a> doivent \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un examen OGM. Pour les autres produits, l'examen OGM est facultatif.
