Les causes sont multiples : des facteurs physiques, tels qu'un manque de force et d'\u00e9quilibre ou des troubles de la vue, jouent un r\u00f4le. Mais des aspects ext\u00e9rieurs comme des sols glissants, l'absence de mains courantes et de garde-corps ou un mauvais \u00e9clairage sont \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'origine des chutes. Comme les personnes de plus de 65 ans font partie des groupes \u00e0 risque Covid-19 et qu'elles sont actuellement cens\u00e9es rester chez elles, leur risque de chute augmente - si elles ne font pas suffisamment d'exercice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qui se repose, se rouille<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si l'on ne bouge pas, on perd rapidement <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/stuerze-sind-haeufigste-unfallart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Masse musculaire<\/a>qui a de toute fa\u00e7on tendance \u00e0 diminuer avec l'\u00e2ge. Le sens de l'\u00e9quilibre diminue \u00e9galement avec l'\u00e2ge. Le risque de chute augmente. La plupart du temps, ces accidents se produisent dans des situations quotidiennes : en montant les escaliers, en se promenant ou en faisant le m\u00e9nage. Il est toutefois possible de lutter contre le risque de chute gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement physique et mental. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes l'ont prouv\u00e9. Le BPA et ses partenaires (notamment Pro Senectute et Promotion Sant\u00e9 Suisse) g\u00e8rent une plate-forme intitul\u00e9e Sichergehen.ch, sur laquelle on trouve \u00e9galement des exercices d'entra\u00eenement \u00e0 domicile - de diff\u00e9rents niveaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adapter lentement le niveau<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 limit\u00e9es (par exemple par un d\u00e9ambulateur) ou affaiblies doivent absolument s'entra\u00eener pour ne pas perdre encore plus de mobilit\u00e9. Il est toutefois tr\u00e8s important de commencer par des exercices l\u00e9gers, de les augmenter progressivement et de devenir ainsi de plus en plus stable.<br \/>\nUn exemple : pour renforcer ses muscles, on peut par exemple s'accrocher \u00e0 une chaise ou \u00e0 la combinaison de cuisine, se pencher l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en avant ou en arri\u00e8re. <a href=\"https:\/\/news.save.ch\/fr\/knackpunkt-knie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Genou<\/a> marcher et se redresser. Pour les personnes sans restrictions, il est recommand\u00e9 de commencer par le programme standard sur sichergehen.ch.
