Il convient de distinguer diff\u00e9rents stades de troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la chaleur : principalement les crampes dues \u00e0 la chaleur, l'\u00e9puisement par la chaleur ou l'insolation et le coup de chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>En bref : les crampes de chaleur sont des douleurs musculaires br\u00e8ves et spasmodiques, par exemple lors d'un travail physique exigeant en plein air sous l'effet du soleil. En cas d'insolation ou d'\u00e9puisement par la chaleur, la perte d'eau entra\u00eene une diminution du volume sanguin, ce qui peut se traduire de mani\u00e8re symptomatique par un rougissement de la t\u00eate ou des naus\u00e9es partielles. En cas de coup de chaleur, le corps n'est plus en mesure de r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature et un collapsus soudain des syst\u00e8mes organiques peut se produire \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d'environ 40 \u00b0C. Dans ce cas, il est n\u00e9cessaire de consulter un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Irene Kunz, m\u00e9decin du travail \u00e0 la Suva, des conseils simples permettent toutefois de se prot\u00e9ger de la surchauffe : par exemple boire beaucoup, porter des v\u00eatements de protection solaire tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, se reposer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, adapter son rythme de travail - et encore une fois : boire beaucoup, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence tout au long de la journ\u00e9e. Mais que faire en cas de crampe de chaleur, d'insolation ou de coup de chaleur ?
